Living Balance Sound Bath & Events Policy

By booking a Living Balance sound bath session or event, you agree to the following terms:

Non-Refundable & Limited Transfer Policy
• All bookings are non-refundable. Once a ticket or space is purchased, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
• Bookings cannot be transferred to future events, but you may pass your ticket on to a friend if you can no longer attend. This is your own responsibility, and you must inform us of the name change before the event.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows
• To maintain the integrity and relaxation of the session, late arrivals may not be admitted once the sound bath has begun.
• No refunds or credits will be provided for missed sessions or no-shows.

Health & Well-being Considerations
• Sound baths may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions (e.g., epilepsy, severe mental health conditions, or those in the first trimester of pregnancy). By booking, you confirm that you are fit to participate.
• If you have any concerns, please consult a medical professional before attending.

Event Cancellations
• In the rare event that Living Balance needs to cancel a session, attendees will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future event.

Floating Sound Bath in Aerial Hammock — Disclaimer & Consent

A floating sound bath combines therapeutic sound with gentle suspension in an aerial hammock. While every care is taken to ensure comfort and safety, by booking you acknowledge and accept that you:

  • participate voluntarily and at your own risk.

  • are responsible for your own body. The hammock demands a reasonable level of mobility, balance and spatial awareness; listen to your limits at all times.

  • have disclosed any relevant health conditions (e.g. high/low blood pressure, vertigo, dizziness, heart conditions, glaucoma, recent surgery, injuries, pregnancy, etc.) that could affect safe use of the hammock.

  • understand this session is not a substitute for medical, psychological or physiotherapy treatment.

  • will follow all facilitator instructions and inform the facilitator immediately if you feel unwell or uncomfortable.

  • accept that the facilitator may refuse or halt participation if safety is a concern.

  • release Living Balance, the venue and all associated parties from liability for any injury, loss or claim arising from participation.

Booking a place confirms that you have read, understood and agree to the above terms.

Therapy cancellation policy

I understand that plans can change, but I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows me to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment slot.

Gift Vouchers

  1. Valid for 6 months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
  2. Vouchers can be redeemed against any Living Balance event, session, or product.
  3. Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  4. Must be used in full — no change or credit will be given for unused value.
  5. Each voucher is valid for one use only and must be presented with the discount code at checkout or upon booking.
  6. Cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts unless specified.
  7. Vouchers are non-transferable without prior consent.
  8. Living Balance reserves the right to:
    • Refuse vouchers suspected to be duplicated, altered, or fraudulent.
    • Modify or update these terms without notice.
