A Chakra Balancing Sound Bath with Colour & Intention
Join us this Earth Day for a nurturing and immersive sound journey designed to align, balance, and awaken your energy centres. Earth Day Sound & Vision invites you to explore the powerful connection between sound, colour, and inner harmony — reconnecting you to both yourself and the Earth beneath you.
During this session, you’ll be guided through a gentle yet profound process of tuning into each chakra — the body’s seven energy centres — using vocal toning, visualisation, and vibrational sound healing. This is an interactive sound bath where you’ll be invited to use your own voice to create healing vibrations alongside the sounds of singing bowls, gongs, and intuitive instruments.
Together we will:
- Breathe life into each chakra with sacred vowel sounds
- Envision the vibrant colours that correspond to each energy centre
- Use singing bowls, gongs, and intuitive vocal sounds to deepen the experience
- Ground, clear, and open space for balance, release, and renewal
This journey is designed to support both relaxation and a deeper, more personal understanding of your own energy body — empowering you to return to this practice anytime you need grounding or clarity.
Arriving at 7pm, we will then introduce ourselves and begin by 7.30pm, the practice lasts approx. 1 hour with 30 minutes reflection and discussion with herbal teas.
