Join us this Easter for a magical Parent & Child Sound Bath – a gentle, nurturing experience designed to calm busy minds, inspire curiosity, and create meaningful moments of connection.

Perfect for children aged approx. 6 + (and their grown-ups), this special session begins with an interactive introduction to sound healing instruments – from singing bowls, various drums and chimes. Children will have the chance to see, hear, and try the instruments in a relaxed, playful way that sparks their imagination.

We’ll then ease into a beautifully curated sound bath just for kids, featuring soft, soothing sounds carefully chosen to promote relaxation, creativity, and a sense of calm. Adults are welcome to lie back and enjoy the soundscape too – or simply be present alongside their children.

Whether you’re new to sound therapy or returning for another peaceful moment together, this session offers a lovely way to slow down and recharge during the school holidays.

What to bring: • favourite blanket or cuddly toy or comfort item for your child • Water to stay hydrated

Price: £25 per parent & child (If you have more than one child you can always contact me for a private family session)

Spaces are limited to a total of 8 to keep the session cosy and calm, so early booking is recommended.
