Soundbath Sherwood
Join me for a relaxing sound bath from 7.45pm – 9.15pm at Sherwood Community Centre in the main hall.
Bring a yoga mat (I have some spare so please ask when booking), a blanket and water.
If you have not been to a sound healing before it is a blend of guided mediation, shamanic drum, crystal bowls, gong and other healing instruments including koshi chimes to balance your chakras and tibetan singing bowl therapy.
All set to 432hz, the vibrational frequency which is in tune with the earth and all living organisms itself, used by ancient cultures and our most renowned musicians like Mozart.
This gives the most beautiful healing qualities to sooth and reset your soul and give you an amazing night’s sleep.
