A Gentle Morning of Sound & Reflection

Join me for a peaceful and restorative morning, beginning with a soothing sound bath, followed by time to reflect with herbal teas and nourishing snacks in my new home studio.

This session is created especially for those who choose not to celebrate Mother’s Day – whether due to personal choice, a difficult relationship, or the loss of a loved one. However, everyone is warmly welcome.

Please wear something comfortable; everything else is provided.

Kindly note that my studio is on the second floor, requiring access via two flights of Victorian stairs.

Parking is free outside on a Sunday although this is a residential area so maybe limited.
Otherwise parking is available at the leisure centre or the adjacent road (Palmer Avenue)
Nearest bus stop is Titchfield Road, two minutes away or Tram stop five minutes away.
