Wow, what an experience
Wow what an experience. I’ve attended other sound baths over time but non as vibrational as this. Knowledgeable with a little history. Then I was gone at the initial meditation. Working in Mental Health crisis & substance use recovery I don’t get much time nor the energy at times to de compress and re group so my mental health suffers too. However, I’m whispering this as I need my fix and if I shout too loud then I may not get a spot but I am shouting praises as this group is so friendly and supportive and then the sound bath was like me chucking out the trash to then be greeted back in my comfy place with a warm loving hug. I still get goosebumps thinking about this. I’m a therapist but rarely do we manage to get therapy as we’re usually taking the group. Fabulous me time and already booked for the next event. Thank you for allowing me to switch off tune in decompress regroup and heal 💜

I attended an amazing sound bath with Alex last night and was able to release so much energy whilst feeling pure comfort. The hall was set up beautifully with lights. Alex cleansed me with sage before the sound bath started to release anything I needed to let go of and this automatically put me in a deep state of relaxation. I slept so well after attending the session and feel fresh and positive this morning.
Alex is a good soul with lots of knowledge. I look forward to participating in more of her offerings. I’m super grateful that I’ve come across her work. Thank you for being part of my spiritual journey Alex, I’ll forever be grateful for you

On Thursday evening I attended a New moon healing sound bath and Cacao ceremony. Everything about the event was beautiful, from the way Alex had set out the hall, to the beautiful warm welcome I was given. During the sound bath we were asked to set our intentions and to let go of negativity and shame. I set 2 very clear intentions during the ceremony and to my absolute surprise, they both came to fruition the next day! They were pretty big things as well!! Call it a coincidence? I call it ‘ trusting the universe’ and being guided by a beautiful soul xx thank you Alex for a beautiful experience x
