Embrace the changing seasons as we dance our way into summer.

Join us for an immersive evening of cacao, movement, music and sound healing as we celebrate the turning of the wheel and welcome in the energy of summer.

We begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony and gentle stretching to awaken the body and ease into the evening. From there, we move into free-flow dance with tropical and tribal rhythms, inspired by the uplifting energy of Goa and Thai beach gatherings.

As the tempo slows, we settle into a relaxing gong bath sound journey, allowing the body and mind to return to stillness.

Plant-based snacks and refreshments are provided, including kombucha and bottled water. Please let us know when booking, if you have any dietary intolerances.

Please bring

  • A mug for cacao
  • Yoga mat
  • Pillow
  • also a bolster or spare cushion is recommended behind the knees, if lying flat on your back
  • Blanket
  • Eye mask (optional)

What to wear

  • Dress to celebrate, move freely and stay comfortable.
  • Many often dance barefoot, but alternatively, bring spare socks or soft footwear.
  • Extra layers are recommended for the gong bath, as your body cools down.
